A Forrest Yoga Workshop for Back Pain or Injury

A wise man once said “the greatest gift you can give this world is your health”… yet so many of us suffer with aches, pains, tightness and physical unease that we feel this gift is outside of our reach.
Focusing on the spine and the myriad of ways we encounter back pain — from the neck, through shoulders and right down to the tailbone — we’ll explore why and how certain pain occurs.
• Use this session to start to recognise your pain and begin to move it out.
• You’ll leave with tools that will help strengthen, lubricate and lengthen your spine.
Practitioners of all levels are welcome, especially beginners and those suffering with back injuries — you’ll be well looked after! If you don’t suffer from back pain this is still a fantastic workshop to learn to work with your spine in a whole new way.
This is a practical class, so come ready to move, bring your questions and your curiosity.
You'll also need to bring a second yoga mat or a large beach towel.
