Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery are rich and intense experiences. They are emotional, spiritual, transformational and life-altering. There is a 3-day (15.5 hours) & a 5-day Poppy Perinatal yoga training (40 hours). Both of these yoga trainings equip yoga teachers, birth-workers, doulas and pregnant and postpartum people with the tools to navigate through these life changes with more support, strength and confidence.

A 4-day Forrest Yoga Inspired Continuing Education for Teachers (CET) and yoga practitioners wanting to know more about the Pelvic Floor with internal sexual anatomy—it’s function, dysfunction and relationship to the emotional body.
Includes yoga asana practices that have been specifically designed to build deep awareness and proper structural support of the pelvic floor, breathing techniques for pelvic floor health, the physiological and emotional anatomy of the pelvic floor.
