The Poppy Perinatal Yoga Approach supports birth-givers at all stages of pregnancy, postpartum recovery and parenthood. It is an intelligent approach to yoga focussing on breath, alignment, strength, softness and creating optimal space for baby during pregnancy. When we create more space for baby, it increases the chances of a birth without the need for intervention.
Pregnant and postpartum people are always welcome to attend my regular classes and workshops, I will always modify poses to accommodate each birth-giver's needs in that moment.

- Softness — Learning to access softness (and strength simultaneously) enables you to ride intensity
- Comfort — working together in a way that promotes emotional and physical comfort for you and baby.
